Individual & Couples Counselling

Individual Counselling
Individual client services support healing and spiritual growth with a non-pathologizing, experiential approach. We will work together to understand and make meaning of your life story, but unlike traditional talk therapy, the goal is to go beyond the story in order to experience growth, fulfillment and lasting change.
